Modernized yet rustic cottage located 15' from waters edge. Expansive double living room and separate kitchen allows family to find their own space or gather together for quality time. Great for paddlesports but instant access to deeper water for power watersports. Fantastic fishing for bass, pike, trout, panfish & more! Large screened porch, level flat lawn for outdoor games, 35' dock and a piano too!! Outdoor grill, 2 kayaks, and canoe included. Good wifi internet & TV for raining days. Huge selection of board games & books. A heater and beautiful gas fireplace for cooler nights. Cook smores over the outdoor firepit. Water supplied by drilled well.
